Welcome, Whole Foods Market | Our Newest Partner

We’re honored and excited to announce a new partner to the Restorative Farms mission: Whole Foods Market! They have bestowed on us a generous grant to expand our Hatcher Station Training Farm, both its infrastructure and growing capacity.

They have also made available their virtual library of thousands of unique, tasty recipes! As Fall is upon us, here’s one they thought would be great to feature here today: Vietnamese Daikon Salad

Daikon is a type of fall radish. They have long been cultivated in Asia, where they are widely used for pickling, fermenting, relishes, stir-fries, salads, soups, and condiments. The tops are also edible and nutrient-rich.
