Seedling Farm
The Restorative Farms Seedling Farm was created to address one of the biggest barriers to local food production: access to affordable, high-quality seedlings. Our Seedling Farm produces thousands of healthy, seasonal seedlings every year, which are sold to local growers at a fraction of the retail cost. By reducing this financial burden and providing expert advice, we make it easier for community members to start their own gardens and farms.
Since 2017, we’ve distributed over 160,000 seedlings, saving local growers more than $480,000. By empowering people to grow their own food, we are helping build a more resilient local food system and healthier communities.
