Microgreens Apprentice

Microgreens Growers
At Restorative Farms, our Microgreens Grower Training Program cultivates more than just fresh greens—it cultivates potential, purpose, and entrepreneurship. Through hands-on instruction, mentoring, and practical experience, aspiring farmers learn the art and science of growing nutrient-rich microgreens. This comprehensive training empowers individuals to confidently launch their own thriving microgreens businesses or continue their journey with Restorative Farms, branching into broader agricultural opportunities and programs.
We’re proud to have successfully trained five passionate farmers who have harnessed their new skills and knowledge to cultivate independence and growth—some have blossomed into vibrant entrepreneurs, while others have chosen to deepen their roots with us, contributing meaningfully to the community and expanding into our diverse sustainable agriculture initiatives. At Restorative Farms, we’re not just growing food; we’re growing futures.
